Cold rolled hardened sheet
Cold rolled hardened sheet
This type of sheet is suitable for any springy part due to the elasticity of the effect of cooling in oil or water and then backing off.
This elasticity is due to the elastic deformability, which enables it to be placed under the load to a certain extent, without permanent deformation after removal of the load.
Most of the properties in the springs are obtained by adding alloying elements such as silicon, manganese, molybdenum, and vanadium to carbon-based melting and heat treatment, ie hardening by cooling in water or oil, and then returning immediately afterwards.
Available alloys: c.75 and c.55
